New Generation chain material
The New Generation, or NG, chain has become a star performer in the beverage industry due to its lower wear rate, lower friction, and lower noise levels. Extra performance PBT with the lowest coefficient of friction in our range, results in medium strength and optimum wear resistance, along with reduced plate wear and reduced pitch elongation. NG material is suitable for dry running applications, and is available in flat top chain exclusively from Flexon-System Plast.
Additional benifits include special additives to reduce coefficient of friction as well as wear and powder, high UV resistance, and reduced noise.
